As much as we were thrilled to have the opportunity of working with the biggest name in the industry, we had the trickiest job in front of us: marketing communication for their new entrant product ‘dishwasher’ for Indian households.

Breaking the sales pigeonhole with
a well-thought plan

Dishwashers are a new entry for Indian kitchens and marketing it to the audience who is used to traditional chores was quite challenging. The marketing team at Bosch needed a direction and B&F put everything we had on the table.

We figured that the most important step to ensure sales of the product was to ensure that the sales team was well-trained and confident. We made a series of sales training videos and kitchen planners to demonstrate the benefits of owning a dishwasher.


The marketing plan and communication verticals created by B&F were used as primary assets for extensive training of the sales team, which led to an increase in the total sales and enquiries of the product.
